Goodbye 2014!

Hello Internet!

Hope you all were having nice holidays so far.
Now 2014 is coming to an end and soon it will be history. Time flies bye so fast...
To finish this year with good memories, I am going to post 10 things that happened to me in 2014 today. This isn't what I usually do, but I think it might be quite funny.
They things named aren't put in a particular order. And though I had quite a few downs as well, I am only going to post positive stuff!

1. Re-starting You Tube

Even though I haven't uploaded anything in months, I finally started my YT channel again this year and I am currently planning on a new video. It's so much fun actually. I just need a better editing software. This video, however, is my personal favourite.

2. You Me At Six concert.

Yes. I finally saw them in March after being a fan since bloody 2011, even met Josh and Max after the concert and talked to them. They're such a great band and I hope to see them again some day.

3. London

I finally left the country again, even though it was only for a week. But I visited the city of my dreams and had a wonderful time. You can read everything about my trip in this entry.

4. Connichi

Yes, I've been there again. And even though I haven't made a post about it, it was as nice as always. I went there in my Alois Trancy cosplay this year and took so many photos, There was even a Ciel cosplayer who got me some selfmade cookies, haha.

5. Hamburg

I've been there so often in summer, met some really nice people, spent time with friends, went to concerts and other events and well...I fell in love with this city. Sadly I probably won't be able to go there before the PTV & SWS concert in march...

6. New hairstyle - again.

Yesss, another thing I did in 2014 was to let my short hair grow longer, dye it brown and get a full fringe again. One year ago I had a short, tomboyish haircut and now my hair has reached shoulder length again. Sometimes waiting can be worth it!

7. Harajuku Fashion Walk

Another thing I did in Hamburg. I went to the 2nd Harajuku Fashion walk and joined a group of wonderfully dressed people for one day, even met someone who I already knew just from Twitter. The weather kind of sucked and my train was quite late that day, but I had fun anyways!

8. BORN X Lycaon

I finally saw them. Finally saw BORN. One of the few J-Rock bands I liked from the beginning of my Japan-phase and I still love them. Stood in the second row, right in the middle, in front of Ryoga who I can't help but still have a crush on. It was so nice to finally attend one of their shows. And I got to know some awesome people as well who I had so much fun with...especially when Lycaon's Satoshi walked out of the bus like the ultimate derp...haha...
However, have a pre-concert pic of me and my friend Alina! ^_^

9. No title needed tbh

The day before the BORN X Lycaon concert I took the train to Hannover. Not knowing what will happen.
That day I met the person who is now my boyfriend since about 3 months. And to be honest...I couldn't be happier.

Derp.
(I look so horrible ahaha sorry)

10. Linkin Park and Of Mice & Men concert

By far one of the best days this year and an AMAZING concert. I am listening to some old Linkin Park songs as I am typing this and they're giving me the feels again. Somehow I can't put all my emotions in proper words, so maybe scroll down a few posts and read the entry about the concert if you want to get a better impression of it. ^^"

Well...maybe this isn't the best entry I've ever written...but at least I managend to capture the beautiful moments of 2014 which was truly one hell of a rollercoaster ride for me.
Let's see what 2015 brings!

Hope you'll enjoy your New Year's Eve and have a nice start in 2015.
See you then!

Circle Lenses Review #4 - EOS LUCIFER ELF Black ♥

Hi again!

How's everyone doing?
After a not so successful week, I finally managed to get my shit together and do the thing: preparing a new lens review.
This one is again sponsored by KLENSPOP, who were friendly enough to send me a wonderful pair of black circle lenses called "LUCIFER ELF black". (I already introduced the shop in this entry if you are interested in it)

Beautiful, aren't they?

Lens Info
Brand: EOS
Diameter: 14.5mm
Graphic Diameter: 13.9mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.8mm
Life Span: 1 year (Max)
Country of origin: South Korea
Price: $15.00 / 11,59€
Price Includes: 1 PAIR (2 pcs) + BONUS CASE

This time, it took less than 2 weeks for the lenses to arrive. I got them last Saturday what was pretty surprising since the tracking information hasn't been updated in a while since then. I was even unable to find tham via DHL tracking, what was pretty strange actually.
But like the last ones, they came with a cute lens case and some tweezers, sadly without any solution.

Cute package <3

I really HATE those bottles. They are so hard to open and I'm always afraid of hurting either myself or the lenses. Maybe I am just too dumb...but really, they're awful to me.

With one lens in. Notice the difference?

Both lenses. Puppy eyes. -w-

Both lenses and messy make-up. Love this dolly look though!

Design/Appearance: ♥♥♥♥♡

The design is pretty simple and not that outstanding. I already owned a pair of black lenses before and they were quite similar to these ones. But I really like how they make the eyes appear like a porcelain doll's. Another thing I like is how the colour is fading inwards, which makes the lenses blend in with my own eyecolor really well. I'm sure this is a big advantage for people with very light eyes that are looking for black lenses.

Colour: ♥♥♥♥♥

This is simple. They're black. That means, on my really dark eyes, the coverage is perfect and as mentioned above, they blend in really well. I am not sure how the coverage will look like on light eyes though. The natural eyecolour will probably also make a difference when it comes to looking natural. On dark eyes the lenses don't look that unnatural, but I am afraid that they might look a little harsh on light eyes.
But since I have dark eyes, I am 100% satisfied with the colour.

Enlargement: ♥♥♥♥♡

Compared to the black lenses I had before, these are a little less enlarging although they're the same size. The difference is visible though. Especially with make-up and lashes on. No reason to complain then! :)

Comfort: ♥♥♥♥♡

Getting the lenses into your eyes is super easy again. Not really suitable for beginners with circle lenses in my opinion, since they're medium sized and I'd recommend people who are new to circle lenses to start with a smaller diameter, but for people that are more experienced with circle lenses this should be a piece of cake. The water content isn't really high so wearing them for too long can be a little hurtful, but I have worn them for about 6 hours already and had no troubles except for when I wore them for the first time. My eyes hurt a little then, but guess there was some make up left on my hands when I put them in or something.

All in all, I am totally happy with the lenses and the service of KLENSPOP. The lenses are so awesome and unusually cheap. Please check them out, I promise you won't regret it. And if you're looking for good black lenses, go with Lucifer Elf Black. They're my new favourites and I'll probably wear them more often, maybe also in school sometimes. :)
Thanks to KLENSPOP for sponsoring the lenses. I really love them!

---

I am probably going to change some things about this blog design. If you're following me on Twitter you might have noticed that I don't feel well at the moment. I am going through some unnecessarily frustrating stuff and I need a change in my life again.
Also, I am not really interested in J-Rock anymore except for about 3 bands or something. Maybe I'll start posting about my everyday life again, who knows.
But there's going to be a change...I just don't know where it goes yet!
See you!

Linkin Park w/ Of Mice & Men "The Hunting Party Tour" @ ÖVB-Arena Bremen, 20.11.2014

Hey guys!

If you read that in an AmazingPhil voice, I'll love you forever. If not, it's also okay. I just needed a nice introduction for today's entry which is, as promised, about the Linkin Park concert in Bremen last thursday.

It was by far the best concert I've ever been to. I might say this after every concert, but I am sure nothing will ever be better than this evening.

Me that day :>

Both, Linkin Park and their support band Of Mice & Men were incredible live. Even better than I expected.

The show started at about 19:30, I arrived at the venue around 4pm. There were already a lot of people waiting and the queue was incredibly long. Yet I somehow managed to end up in the fifth row.
At first 2 really tall guys stood in front of me, but after the first guy who was dressed inappropriately like a typical business man or something got out of my way, I had the nicest view when Of Mice & Men came on stage.
Most people in the audience didn't seem to know them, but I did and  I really adore their music.
Here's their setlist, for those of you who are interested in it;

1. Public Service Announcement
2. Feels Like Forever
3. Bones Exposed
4. Would You Still Be There
5. Another You
6. Identity Disorder
7. The Depths
8. You're Not Alone

Except for "The Depths", all of the songs are from their newest record "Restoring Force". It was okay for me since this was the album that made me fall in love with their music. But I would've wished for some of their older songs as well.
Nevertheless, their show was awesome. I was one of the few people that actually started headbanging and jumping around then since not many people are familar with the band.
For "Another You" Austin asked us to get out our phones or lighters. The whole venue was lightened only by those small little lights and it looked amazingly beautiful.
And before "The Depths", he told us to get on our knees and when the main part of the song started, everyone jumped in the air It was so AWESOME!

They sounded really nice, too. The instrumental was great, especially the drums. I also really love Aaron's singing voice a lot!
And, what can I say, me and my mom both fell in love with Austin Carlile.
All in all it was a nice show and I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Sadly their next Europe Tour takes place next March when I am already at 3 other concerts (Eisbrecher, Pierce The Veil & Sleeping With Sirens and Black Veil Brides, whoop!)

After their performance, it took a while until the stage was prepared for Linkin Park.
And when it started, my heart stopped for a short moment.
Do you know this feeling when you're at a concert of a band you like since ages for the first time and it suddenly hits you when they enter the stage?
They started with a short intro, the rest of the setlist looked like this:

Linkin Park Setlist ÖVB-Arena, Bremen, Germany 2014, The Hunting Party

To be honest, I couldn't have asked for a better setlist. They included some of their really old songs as well as their new ones. Mike even performed a song from his Fort Minor era. What was pretty awesome because the person next to me (no, I couldn't tell if it was a he or a she and I am afraid of misgendering this really adorable human being) and I looked at each other and rapped along to it, ending up with a big smile on our faces.

Moreover, I started crying when they started playing "Leave Out All The Rest". Chester has such a powerful voice and put a lot of emotions in this song. It was SO touching, I can't put my feelings into proper words.
Since they played so many songs, some of them were shortened a little, for example "Runaway". I was glad that they played it though since it reminds me of a time where staying strong was my No. 1 priority and I somehow got over that phase.
I have quite many memories connected to their songs, mostly because I started listening to them when I was in year 5 and they were one of the bands that got me into "harder" music.
Most of the time I was singing along, jumping, headbanging and trying not to burst into tears.
Sometimes it was kind of difficult because a woman in front of me got injured and sat down on the ground every few minutes so we had to  keep trying not to hurt her. I felt so sorry for her.
She missed one of the greatest feelings ever because she wasn't able to enjoy herself properly.
One of my personal highlights was Joe's solo.
It was like an earthquake, Describing what it felt like is pretty hard. You have to experience it if you want to know what I am talking about. Let's just say that I could feel the bass racing through my whole body...somehow,..(wow that sounded weird)

I literally loved ALL the songs they played. I tried to sing along as much as I could but sometimes it didn't work due to overwhelming feelings or too much jumping and headbanging.
The encore was the best thing ever, not only because of the songs played, but also because they once again gave their everything to entertain the crowd.
During "Bleed It Out", the last song, everyone sang the "Lift me up, let me go"-part of "The Catalyst" because Chester told us to and it was so amazing to hear the whole crowd sing.
Linkin Park really know how to pull off an awesome show and how to entertain their fans. They're very talented musicians and one of the best live bands in my opinion.
My neck hurts like hell from all the headbanging crap, but I don't really care. It was totally worth it!

All in all, I obviously had a great time and a new Nr. 1 favourite concert.
Thanks to everyone who made that evening so special.
I really hope I can see both bands again one day.

See you!

This is Halloween ♪

Hi everyone!
I don't even know if people still read this mess of a blog. Unfortunately I don't even have an excuse for my long, unplanned hiatus. I'm just a lazy ass and also had no motivation at all.

So many things happened in the meantime. The Born X Lycaon concert, the Connichi and many more things I haven't prepared any posts about. I decided not to write about them anymore since more than a month has passed since then.
I don't even have plans for upcoming entries...but maybe I'll upload the third one about my trip to London and also one about the Linkin Park concert which is finally coming closer.
But for now, this years Halloween photos have to be enough.

I recently won some new contacts by Linsenfinder and I just HAD to use them somehow.
You can tell me in the comments if you want me to review them since they're pretty new and I am totally not experienced with mini sclera lenses.

So, here's this years Halloween look: A strange combination between a dead doll, a mummy, a demon and a bride all dressed in black ('cause of the black veil...if you know what I mean...)

I had so much fun doing this make up and editing the photos! And I am in love with these lenses.

Today I also visited Julice and we made cupcakes together.
As usual, we followed the instructions from a Dan and Phil video. Even if they didn't turn out spooky, they taste surprisingly good!

Video:

(We put pink food colouring instead of green one in the mixture...so our cupcakes are pinkish red...)

Well. That would be it for today.
I'll continue fangirling over the new Black Veil Brides album now.
See you soon..hopefully!

Kazu in London [Part 2]

Hello again!

Today's entry will be the second part of my London-diary or whatever you want to call it.
Well...actually I'll basically write about my gets, some food and show you some of the selfies I took!

Starting off with 2 delicious pieces I got from different shops in China Town! I already told you that I really liked those bakeries there and these babies are the main reasons why.
Both of them are sweet coconut buns, the second one was filled with whipped cream. The best thing ever in my opinion!

The other day I had lunch in Camden Town. There are those tiny diners where you could get cheap takeaway meals and I ended up getting something chinese. Able to mix and match everything there, I got some crispy chicken, teriyaki chicken and also sweet & sour stuff with egg fried rice, I felt like vomiting afterwards even though it was incredibly delicious. I wish we had places like this where I'm from.

Got those tops from Camden as well. I'm trying to feel more comfortable in sleeveless tops so I bought these two since they're really pretty.
The left one is from a store called Punky Fish, the right one was 3 pounds at camden market :D

After arriving in Camden Town for the first time, I walked past a shoe store after being there for only 20 minutes or something. The price of those babes was lowered from 65 pounds down to only 20 so my mom literally forced me to try them on and...well...I immediately fell in love and couldn't get up.

Ok guys, here's a story. On my second day in Bromley, I went to this massive shopping center. I walked in, went to H&M, walked past the Apple store, looked on the other side and BAM, a giant, glowing red Disney sign hit my eyes. So I decided to have a quick look at it.
5 year old me would've bought nearly every plushie in there. It was so beautiful.
Visiting a Disney Store almost feels like stepping into a different world. I felt happy for all those little kids who were tiny enough to fit into Queen Elsa's dress.
But well.
I'm a grown ass 17 year old girl, so everything I bought there was this mug (which was already expensive enough for me) and even though it's not that impressive, I love it a lot since I've always been obsessed with The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Basically me at Primark. Buying nothing but tights.

Some Chinatown gets! I bought nothing at those Asian cosmetics stores since they were quite overpriced and most of the stuff is quite a lot cheaper online.
The Pocky are already gone as well, the other 2 things are/were presents.

Ok I really look horrible with these glasses on but I kinda liked them a lot AND they were cheap so..
Yeah, guess what, they're also from Camden Market.

Here's me grocery shopping. Only a part of what I actually bought, sadly, since I've already eaten most of it.
I feel like Cadbury is like Milka for the British people. Oh, Maltesers are my current addiction and I won't give up on them.

Small but cute henna tattoo. ♥

And with that, I'll leave for today.
I have about 83848 selfies left but I'm not gonna post them here due to the fact that I pull horrifying faces on most of them.
So, mata ne and see you soon for the last part!
