0 PVRIS @ Luxor, Cologne 21.04.2016

Hey folks!

About two weeks ago, on the 21st of April to be exact, I finally saw one of my favourite bands live again: PVRIS. It was my second time seeing them but unlike last time, where they were supporting BMTH on their EU tour, they were doing a headlining tour. Also the concert wasn't exactly around the corner for me: I (well, my dad actually) drove all the way from my hometown to Cologne to see them perform at a tiny venue called Luxor. And the best thing about it: I had a VIP Upgrade, which means I got to meet the band, Prepare for an entry full of fangirling, ranting about some douchebags and a photo in which my face looks like a pancake.

I arrived at the venue pretty late, but just in time for the VIP entry. I think I was there around 5:30pm and the doors for us opened at 6. While queueing I met a nice guy named Daniel who I ended up spending the whole concert with because both of us would've been alone otherwise. Turned out we nearly have the same taste in music.
We entered the venue and were given the stuff included in the VIP package at first: A photobook, a limited shirt which was designed by Lynn and the typical VIP laminate.

VIP stuff feat. the beanie I bought there and really love

After that, we had to wait for a few minutes until the M&G started.
It all went by so fast.
I met them, was greeted by everyone, hugged them, got them to sign my photobook, took a photo with them and after that, it was already over.
I wish there would've been more time for everyone, but I get that it's not possible.
Nevertheless, it was a great experience. Everyone in PVRIS is so nice and welcoming to their fans. And as most of you probably know, I have a major crush on Lynn, so when I hugged her I asked her if there was a time limit for a hug and guess what, she hugged me again. I still can't get over how lovely she is! Also Alex is a dork. When he signed the photobook he wrote "oop" next to the giant "P" on the cover. Now my photobook has written poop all over it and I love it.

The infamous Poop-Photobook...

My face looks like such a pancake and Lynn seemed like she wasn't impressed that I wanted another hug, but anyway here's the picture.
#squadgoals

The show itself was supposed to start at 8pm. But we were waiting and waiting and 15 minutes later the stage was still empty. Luckily I had some people to talk to, so it wasn't that boring, but still we were wondering what the support band was up to.
Turned out they've been stuck in traffic for 5 hours and could not make it to the venue in time.
Therefore, PVRIS were entering the stage at 20:30 already, half an hour earlier than usual.
And holy crap, it was amazing.

Even though it wasn't my first time seeing PVRIS, everything was SO overwhelming. I feel like they've improved their live show in the past few months. Lynn has such a strong, powerful voice and she sounds like she is constantly getting better at everything she does. I'm also a big fan of their touring drummer, Justin. He isn't an 'official' member of the band, but he should be. Such a talented dude!
They started off their set with "Smoke", my absolute favourite song from their Album "White Noise" which they played in full length that evening. Apart from that, they also played "Only Love", a very emotional song from their Acoustic EP.
Sometimes we were holding up our phones instead of lighters to create a suitable atmosphere for the slower songs and at other times we were jumping around and singing along like crazy. Perfect mixture all in all.
But my favourite part was probably when Lynn told us to put our phones in the back pocket of our jeans for the next song, which was "Holy" . To me, this was a great gesture. It really shows that the band wants us to enjoy the music and have fun at the concert without being distracted by a stupid phone. Of course there were some dumb people who thought it was cool to do the exact opposite, but yeah, there are certain types of people you have to deal with at every concert, no matter where you go.

Here's the full setlist from that day:

Smoke
Mirrors
St. Patrick
White Noise
Fire
Only Love
Ghosts
Holy
Eyelids
Let Them In

Encore:
You and I
My House

When they came back on stage for the encore, Lynn was holding up a German flag with the band's logo on that they were given by some fans. Then she promised that PVRIS would come back very soon and oh dear, I really hope so! They are AMAZING live. They put so much effort and enthusiasm into their set and also interact with the crowd a lot. I reaaaally want to see them again.
Plus, I also met some super nice people thanks to them. Not only that I got to know Daniel that evening,
I also met Kirsten who is a super talented photographer from Cologne. After chatting a bit she offered me to let me use a few of the photos she took that evening because I let her stand in front of me. So, the upcoming photos are taken by her!

Please do me a favour and check out her Facebook or Instagram for more photos. She is super lovely and her work deserves to be seen. :)

I think it's time to finish up that long ass entry here.
Thanks for coming here, I'll be back again soon (hopefully)

See ya!

1 Pierce The Veil & Sleeping With Sirens "The World Tour" @ Gruenspan Hamburg, 26.03.2015

Hey cuties!

Today's entry will be, once again, about a concert I went to.
But this time, not just a normal concert.
After half a year of waiting for this day to come, I finally saw Pierce The Veil and Sleeping With Sirens and had a Meet & Greet with both bands.

I just love Pierce The Veil so much, you have no idea. I might say this about a lot of bands (because I am a fangirl, duh), but really, their music is just perfect and these guys are so nice.
They're my one and only favourite band after all, so it was an amazing experience for me.
But let's start at the very beginning.

I woke up early in the morning on thursday, but mainly because my friend who I wanted to go to the concert with cancelled me.
After about half an hour of wanting to flip a table I finally decided to get ready before we went off to Hamburg at about 12:30,
I actually wanted to go earlier...but well...parents never understand.

At about 2pm we arrived at the venue.
Afer waiting for a few minutes Vic walked past us and said hello.
I didn't freak out at all, no. *laughs*

The VIP entry was at 5:30.
Actually it would've been half an hour earlier according to the website...but some things had to be changed since the support band, ISSUES, had to cancel their set due to some douchebag who stole their passports, Gladly they could sort things so they were able to play their show in Cologne the day after, but I was kinda upset. I really wanted to see them tbh.

After we got our VIP laminates for the entry, everything went by so fast.
One after the other we entered the venue and then queued and waited for our time to meet the band.
Personally, I was going crazy because I was sooo nervous.
But when it was time, my brother and I went in together and were welcomed by Sleeping With Sirens with open arms.
We hugged everyone, shortly talked to them and took out photo.
These guys are so nice!
Kellin might be a little diva, but he's also really funny and adorable. And Justin asked me for a hug for the photo which I thought was pretty cool.
He's such a dork!
We then went over to take our photo with Pierce The Veil.
The first one I met was Tony. Then Mike, Vic and the last one was Jaime.
Again I hugged everyone, shortly talked to them and took my photo.
What surprised me was the fact that I am A LOT smaller then Vic who is 168cm.
I'm such a gnome!
My heart was beating so fast. They all were so nice and friendly. Vic even asked me if I was excited.
And another funny thing, Mike said "See you in the pit" to my brother. Probably because he was wearing a Deez Nuts beanie? Who knows.
My personal favourite moment was when I got to hug Jaime. Of course I love all of them...but yeah...he's my favourite.

Cuties <3

YES I AM WEARING PANTS OK

After leaving the meet & greet area a girl who was already done told me not to cry,...yet we were all screaming like little children. Although it went by so fast it was worth every goddamn cent.

Since we had earlier entry to the show, we had to wait a little until the concert started. I think it was about 1 1/2 hours or something.
To be honest, I forgot about the time while I was talking to 2 really nice girls I met their. I found out thet one of them was at the same Linkin Park and You Me At Six concerts as me.
We got along very well so the waiting time didn't seem as long.

At 8pm the show started. SWS were the first ones to play and already started off with one of their "heavier" songs. All in all I liked their setlist a lot!

1. Kick Me
2. Congratulations
3. Here We Go
4. Low
5. A Trophy Father's Trophy Son
6. Scene Two: Roger Rabbit
7. Iris  (Goo Goo Dolls cover)
8. Go Go Go
9. We Like It Loud
10. If I'm James Dean, You're Audrey Hepburn
11. If You Can't Hang

I am not the biggest SWS fan, but I really liked the songs they played. Roger Rabbit and Iris were played as acoustic songs and the whole crowd sang along.
Kellin's voice sounded surprisingly good live. I didn't expect him to not sound like a dying cat to be honest.
Let's be honest, there are so many live videos in which he sounds like that.
But well, he didn't and that's a plus!
Their show was reeeally nice and I had a lot of fun already!

After their last song, the stage was prepared for PTV which took FOREVER.
As if  I wasn't nervous enough already, no.
But since the door that leads backstage was at the balcony upstairs, we could see exactly when the members walked in and out. (Remember the Ashley-incident from my entry about the BVB concert? It was the same location....)

They started off, as always, with Hell Above (May These Noises Startle You In Your Sleep Tonight is just an intro)
Most of the songs they played were from the "Collide With The Sky" album and some of them fron "Selfish Machines"
Although the tour was meant as a promotion for their new album, they didn't play a single song out of it. They wanted to release it in "early 2015" but still...no news about it...sadly.
But ay, they played nearly all of my favourite songs!

1. May These Noises Startle You in Your Sleep Tonight
2. Hell Above
3. Bulls in the Bronx
4. Caraphernelia
5. Disasterology
6. I'm Low on Gas and You Need a Jacket  (acoustic)
7. Hold On Till May
8. Props & Mayhem
9. Bulletproof Love
10. A Match Into Water
Encore:
11. King for a Day  (with Kellin Quinn)

I nearly cried when they started playing "Hold On 'Till May". Somehow I managed to hold back my tears, but "A Match Into Water" was too much for my poor heart.

For "I'm Low On Gas And You Need a Jacket" everyone except Vic left the stage, And there he stood, that cute little gnome with a Gremlins shirt and the voice of an angel, alone with his acoustic guitar.
Do you know these moments at concerts when the singer suddenly stops singing and playing but the crowd alone continues the song?
It happened. And it was the best feeling ever.

What bothered me a little was that. because I stood at the front, I always had to watch out for people that went crowdsurfing.
And some people did that not only once, no. I had to carry the same girl about 3 times and it became kinda annoying after a while.
But well, front row problems, huh? :'D That's just what you have to deal with

Oh, did I mention that Kellin also went out to watch Vic's nice solo performance? No? But he did and it was hilarious how everyone freaked out.

Their last song was, to everyones surprise (sarcasm alert), "King For A Day", and our beloved diva Kellin came on stage again. Of course they played the song how it was meant to be played and it definitely was the best encore I've ever seen.

The concert ended as perfectly as it started and I couldn't be happier about it.

Fun thing: When they changed the background  the wall behind the stage was showing and everyone suddenly started to laugh because they thought PTV were having a giant buddha statue as their background.

Blurry...but TONY!

Jaime!

Vic looks so sad in this one. And then there's Mike in the background.

Jaime, just being himself.

Their faces are priceless in this one...

But laaast night you said you ended up in Palm Springs dancing on tables...♪

The sadness hit me really hard when everything was over...but since I cought one of the picks Vic threw, I was too busy fangirling so that crying wasn't an option anymore.

Ahh, so sad that this days is already history now after I've waited for so long for it to come. But I will keep it in my memory forever. It was an amazing experience and I was finally able to meet my favourite band in person.

I filmed a few videos before and during the concert and I'll try to make a vlog out of it soon.
But for now, that's it.

Criticism or other comments are always appreciated!

See you~

2 Eisbrecher SCHOCK Tour @ Ringlokschuppen, Bielefeld 13.03.2015

Hellow!

It seems like an eternity since I last wrote an entry on this blog.
The main reason is that really nothing important happened in the meantime.
No fun meet ups, cons, or other events. Not even contact lenses to review!
But last Friday, exactly Friday 13th I finally went to a concert again.

This time I went to see Eisbrecher on their current tour. At first I thought about writing this entry in German because I think that music like this isn't as common in foreign countries, but since most of my readers aren't native speakers I thought I might write this in English again.

Be prepared for some weird sounding bilingual shit then!

Soo.
The concert was in Bielefeld, which means it was only an hour away from me. Finally a concert that didn't require a 3 hour long train journey, ugh.
I went there with my mom, kind of as a present since it was her birthday on Sunday and we both like this kind of music.

We arrived at the venue it was about 10 minutes before the doors opened, yet we were actually early enough to get a place in the middle of the fifth row,..even after having a beer first..
Remember how I went to Born X Lycaon 8 hours early and only stood in the 2nd row?
J-Rock fans need to get their shit together and look at the gothic (or whatever you want to call these people, I have no clue to be honest) community.

Most people were pretty nice and friendly. The only thing that bothered me were the 2 guys standing in front of me. Both at least 190cm tall. And then theres me, even smaller than Vic Fuentes.
I still regret the fact that I didn't wear my platform shoes, although I would've probably died wearing them,
Being some kind of a gnome is a torture when it comes to concerts,

When the concert started, Alex got on stage, threw some stuff into the crowd (like apples, bananas, a stuffed polar bear and a towel if I remember it correctly). He then announced the support band and disappeared again.

Maerzfeld played a few songs including one from their upcoming Album. I never heard of them before and I was pretty impressed. Support bands are mostly hit or miss, but these guys clearly know how to warm up a crowd, haha.
Not to mention the guitar player I already fangirled about on twitter, lol.

Afterwards it was finally time for Eisbrecher.
They played some songs from their new Album but also included some of their really old songs. To me, the setlist was beyond perfect.
What surprised me the most was that most songs sounded better live. All in all, their show was awesome and I had a lot of fun.
Here's the setlist for those of you who are interested

Eisbrecher Setlist Ringlokschuppen, Bielefeld, Germany 2015

"Himmel, Arsch und Zwirn", "Schwarze Witwe" and "This Is Deutsch" are some of my all time favourites of theirs.
I also liked "Miststück" a lot because it's the perfect song to let out your frustration when you're mad at someone, but sadly they had to cancel this song shortly before it was actually finished.

A tragical accident happened when Alex threw a flag of Bielefeld, which he had on stage during this song, into the crowd. A woman that stood near me was hit by it, broke down and had to get pulled out of the crowd because of a bleeding wound on her head. Fortunately, an ambulance was called immeadiately.

They finished their show with a song called "Schlachtbank", but no one, not even the band themselves, was able to enjoy it anymore. Sadly.
Up to that point the concert was amazing.

The band came on stage again to say goodbye, without Alex though. He went to look after the victim of the flag incident.

All in all I had a great time and I really want to see them live again one day, but I am still quite sad about the sudden ending of the show.
Oh well. Typical Friday 13th, huh?

Here are some pictures I took during the show:

Maerzfeld first!

You see that giant baldybum in front of me all the time? He ruined all of the photos u_u

The flag of doom....;_;

That's it for today.

Next week I will finally go to Hamburg with my brother and my friend Sarina and we're going to see Pierce The Veil and Sleeping With Sirens. FINALLY! I ordered my ticket in August.
Can't wait for the meet & greet as well, haha. Although I am nervous as heck.

I also recieved some new contact lenses from Klenspop AND I am planning on a new video.
So maybe I will post more often during the easter holidays.

Oh by the way, did you notice the new design I made?
I decided to change the title into one of my favourite All Time Low songtitles since my last title was stolen from Mejibray and I am not really interested in them anymore.
Please tell me what you think about it. It was a crapload of work although it doesn't look like it was...haha.

Another thing that changed is that I decided to use my real name instead of my japanese nickname online.
I just started to feel more comfortable with it.
You can still call me Kazu though! I am just losing interest in this whole Japan-thing at the moment.

Well then, see you soon!

3 Linkin Park w/ Of Mice & Men "The Hunting Party Tour" @ ÖVB-Arena Bremen, 20.11.2014

Hey guys!

If you read that in an AmazingPhil voice, I'll love you forever. If not, it's also okay. I just needed a nice introduction for today's entry which is, as promised, about the Linkin Park concert in Bremen last thursday.

It was by far the best concert I've ever been to. I might say this after every concert, but I am sure nothing will ever be better than this evening.

Me that day :>

Both, Linkin Park and their support band Of Mice & Men were incredible live. Even better than I expected.

The show started at about 19:30, I arrived at the venue around 4pm. There were already a lot of people waiting and the queue was incredibly long. Yet I somehow managed to end up in the fifth row.
At first 2 really tall guys stood in front of me, but after the first guy who was dressed inappropriately like a typical business man or something got out of my way, I had the nicest view when Of Mice & Men came on stage.
Most people in the audience didn't seem to know them, but I did and  I really adore their music.
Here's their setlist, for those of you who are interested in it;

1. Public Service Announcement
2. Feels Like Forever
3. Bones Exposed
4. Would You Still Be There
5. Another You
6. Identity Disorder
7. The Depths
8. You're Not Alone

Except for "The Depths", all of the songs are from their newest record "Restoring Force". It was okay for me since this was the album that made me fall in love with their music. But I would've wished for some of their older songs as well.
Nevertheless, their show was awesome. I was one of the few people that actually started headbanging and jumping around then since not many people are familar with the band.
For "Another You" Austin asked us to get out our phones or lighters. The whole venue was lightened only by those small little lights and it looked amazingly beautiful.
And before "The Depths", he told us to get on our knees and when the main part of the song started, everyone jumped in the air It was so AWESOME!

They sounded really nice, too. The instrumental was great, especially the drums. I also really love Aaron's singing voice a lot!
And, what can I say, me and my mom both fell in love with Austin Carlile.
All in all it was a nice show and I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Sadly their next Europe Tour takes place next March when I am already at 3 other concerts (Eisbrecher, Pierce The Veil & Sleeping With Sirens and Black Veil Brides, whoop!)

After their performance, it took a while until the stage was prepared for Linkin Park.
And when it started, my heart stopped for a short moment.
Do you know this feeling when you're at a concert of a band you like since ages for the first time and it suddenly hits you when they enter the stage?
They started with a short intro, the rest of the setlist looked like this:

Linkin Park Setlist ÖVB-Arena, Bremen, Germany 2014, The Hunting Party

To be honest, I couldn't have asked for a better setlist. They included some of their really old songs as well as their new ones. Mike even performed a song from his Fort Minor era. What was pretty awesome because the person next to me (no, I couldn't tell if it was a he or a she and I am afraid of misgendering this really adorable human being) and I looked at each other and rapped along to it, ending up with a big smile on our faces.

Moreover, I started crying when they started playing "Leave Out All The Rest". Chester has such a powerful voice and put a lot of emotions in this song. It was SO touching, I can't put my feelings into proper words.
Since they played so many songs, some of them were shortened a little, for example "Runaway". I was glad that they played it though since it reminds me of a time where staying strong was my No. 1 priority and I somehow got over that phase.
I have quite many memories connected to their songs, mostly because I started listening to them when I was in year 5 and they were one of the bands that got me into "harder" music.
Most of the time I was singing along, jumping, headbanging and trying not to burst into tears.
Sometimes it was kind of difficult because a woman in front of me got injured and sat down on the ground every few minutes so we had to  keep trying not to hurt her. I felt so sorry for her.
She missed one of the greatest feelings ever because she wasn't able to enjoy herself properly.
One of my personal highlights was Joe's solo.
It was like an earthquake, Describing what it felt like is pretty hard. You have to experience it if you want to know what I am talking about. Let's just say that I could feel the bass racing through my whole body...somehow,..(wow that sounded weird)

I literally loved ALL the songs they played. I tried to sing along as much as I could but sometimes it didn't work due to overwhelming feelings or too much jumping and headbanging.
The encore was the best thing ever, not only because of the songs played, but also because they once again gave their everything to entertain the crowd.
During "Bleed It Out", the last song, everyone sang the "Lift me up, let me go"-part of "The Catalyst" because Chester told us to and it was so amazing to hear the whole crowd sing.
Linkin Park really know how to pull off an awesome show and how to entertain their fans. They're very talented musicians and one of the best live bands in my opinion.
My neck hurts like hell from all the headbanging crap, but I don't really care. It was totally worth it!

All in all, I obviously had a great time and a new Nr. 1 favourite concert.
Thanks to everyone who made that evening so special.
I really hope I can see both bands again one day.

See you!

1 You Me At Six @ Knust, Hamburg 11.03.2014

Hey there lovelies.
I've been a lazy ass during the last weeks. Well, mostly because nothing important really happened. I was sick for a while...well, actually I still am... and the only thing I did was filming a new video which I haven't even edited yet. But I will do so as soon as possible.
Most of the time I was just waiting for this weeks' Tuesday.
The day I finally got to see another one of my favourite bands. This time it was You Me At Six!

Well, let's say it was the most horrible concert, yet one of the most wonderful ones I ever been to.
The band was so good, the setlist was perfect and their support band (Deaf Havana!) was cool as well..
BUT THE AUDIENCE WAS TERRIFYING
I never met people that ruthless, seriously.

The 'Knust' is a very small venue and it was completely sold out. But still some idiots from the last rows thought it was cool to push the whole crowd forward, start a childish wannabe moshpit and a not so skinny girl next to me hit my face with her elbows a few times and was close to taking off my shirt with the bag she had on that hit me all the time when she started jumping. I nearly lost my phone because people were slamming against me, pushing me to the sides and during a few songs I was barely even able to breathe because everything felt like people were pressed against me from all sides. Luckily I survived everything.
Most of the time I wasn't able to enjoy the concert..but I tried my best not to pass out and I somehow managed to fully enjoy my favourite songs from their new album.

Setlist

Too Young To Feel This Old
Fresh Start Fever
Stay With Me
The Swarm
Little Death
Loverboy
Forgive and Forget
Room to Breathe
Underdog
Liquid Confidence
Cold Night
Wild Ones

Encore:
Reckless
Bite My Tongue
Lived a Lie

They started off with playing "Too Young To Feel This Old" from their newest album "Cavalier Youth". I pretty much enjoyed the beginning because it's one of their songs that really cheers me up everytime. It's so positive and romantic, huehue.
"Fresh Start Fever" was nice as well, but I got pushed forward quite a lot during this song. But that didn't really matter at that point.
"Stay With Me" was one of my highlights, mainly because it's mine and my best friend Julice's song. I managed to fully record it, but guess I won't upload it on here.
"The Swarm" was just horrible because at that point I first freaked out because of these fucking ruthless, ignorant people behind me. I already lost the people I went there with...but from that point on the disrespectful chick I mentioned was standing next to me and ugh.

Girl, if you're reading this. Concerts are about enjoying the music and having fun. Not about taking pictures and getting noticed by the members.

Afterwards they played "Little Death" and "Loverboy", 2 of my favourite songs from "Sinners Never Sleep".
"Forgive And Forget" was actually my least favourite song from the new album...but I was surprised by how awesome it sounded when they played it live. Josh's voice is just amazing, unf.
"Room To Breathe"...well, that was what I wished for as well! Haha.
Okay...now for "Underdog" ... an old one...that I like a whole lot. Same goes for "Liquid Confidence". I just couldn't understand how you can scream and jump around during a song that emotional and cute.
Next songs that followed were probably my favourites moments that evening. "Cold Night" and "Wild Ones"... just so beautiful.
What I personally love about YMAS is that they can pull off rockish kind of songs as well as slower love songs like these.

The encore started with "Reckless". If you haven't listened to this song at least once, you should do so immediately. It's a song you can really dance to and sing along because the lyrics are so great and easy to remember. After this, they played "Bite My Tongue". This song doesn't just consist clean vocals. Originally the screaming-part was sung by Oliver Sykes from Bring Me The Horizon. But Josh did a great job at screaming...god damn, I was impressed!
What bothered me were these kids that were trying to mosh but ended up looking more like little children doing a polonaise (or whatever it's called in english)
They finished the show with playing "Lived A Lie" .. and for the first time I was thankful that a concert was over because I needed to go outside so badly.

After the people I met up with left, I went to the back of the venue and waited. And waited. And waited.
But then, finally Max showed up. And only a few minutes later, Josh did as well. I was able to talk to both of them and take a photo with them and asdfghjkl they're not just talented and good looking, they're also totally nice and they have a great sense of humor, not to mention the fact that british accents are a major turn-on.

I had to censor my face becaus I looked ugly as fuck.

Another thing that made me laugh was Josh hating against Bayern München on stage...you can imagine what the reactions were like if you know a bit about german football clubs.

All in all I can say what I already mentioned at the beginning of this post.
The band was amazing, the people were shitty. But I wouldn't mind going to a YMAS concert again, this time just standing in the back and having fun there. Because they sound gorgeous live and what really counts is the music obviously.

That's it for today!
I have to go now and for the next days I'm preparing a huge change for this blog, so don't be surprised. I'm going to change the title, the design and of course the url, hopefully.
Just because I got tired of this old stuff :DD
So, mata ne!

2 Black Veil Brides "The Church Of The Wild Ones Part II" @ Grünspan, Hamburg 1.12.2013

Hello everyone.

As you can see I still haven't managed to change my layout.
That's probably because I don't have the time at the moment and well...my blogging mood is more than just gone again. So keep enjoying my crappy pastel goth-ish design that absolutely doesn't suit the style I'm following at the moment and also isn't really suitable for this post.

Today I'm writing kind of a very special entry. It's, oh surprise surprise, about Black Veil Brides' concert in Hamburg yesterday.
Oh Lord, it was so amazing. I can't express in words how happy I am that I finally got the chance to see them live.
I probably already told my 'story' behind my love for this band a MILLION FUCKING TIMES but still I have to tell it again everytime I talk about them.
I discovered their music right after "Set The World On Fire" came out...what is pretty late actually...but it's never too late to start liking an awesome band, isn't it? Well, the "Knives And Pens" video literally changed my whole life.
At this time I went through so many troubles in my life which I don't really want to state here. BVB's music helped me a lot back then. I started to dress myself more in this emo kind of clothing style and...well, had an awesome Scene-Nickname! (High five to the people who remember my time as a redhead! XD)
Back then I thought it was only a phase...but here I am, 2 1/2 years later as a proud member of the BVB Army, fangirling over them every single day.
Another dream of mine finally came true.
Finally. After they cancelled the actual tour in april this year I was soo sick of everything.

But now for the actual "concert diary"

I arrived at the venue right before the actual start.
After that the support bands started playing.
The first band...well...I didn't really like their style of music. They weren't bad...but hard to understand and def not my cup of tea. :DD

Then Heaven's Basement, the second support band started to play. I already listened to them before, but moths ago so I didn't know what to expect. But they were pretty good. I liked their music and nah...during their performance the first thing that made my heart stop happened.
Ashley showed up...wearing nothing but his underwear...just asdfghjkl. But then he went back to the dressing room...and I couldn't focus on the music anymore because I finally wanted to see BVB. :DD

And some time later, their show finally started.
At this point I have to mention that they look even better in reality than on pictures. I was more than just impressed.
Some butthurt fans might say that "I only like them for their looks" - OH YES MOTHERFUCKERS. And I like their music because I can listen to their faces of course.
No, really. They are 5 very attractive men who are absolutely talented musicians.

What can I say? The setlist was purrrfect ♥

-Shadows Die
-I Am Bulletproof
-Wretched and Divine
-Knives and Pens
-The Legacy
-All Your Hate
-Rebell Yell
-Perfect Weapon
-Christian 'CC' Coma Drum Solo
-Rebel Love Song
-Let You Down
-Nobody's Hero

Encore:
-Love Isn't Always Fair
-Fallen Angels
-In the End

They played nearly ALL of my favourite songs. I would've wished for one of their 'slower' songs as well...but I was perfectly fine with what they played.
They included the new songs from "Wretched & Divine" as well as the old ones from "Set The World On Fire" and "We Stitch These Wounds".
Also "Rebel Yell", a Billy Idol cover was played. I liked how Andy changed the lyrics at one part: Instead of "She gives me head" he sang "she sucks my dick"
My personal 'highlights' were of course Rebel Love Song, which is my favourite song of theirs and everything they played during the encore.

BVB may be not the best band when it comes to live shows. But they know how to entertain their fans. And it felt so great when everyone sang along to some certain songs.
"We scream, we shout, we are the fallen angels" - amazing song, powerful lyrics and easy to remember. One of the first song I heard from them...and I still love it.
And I think the whole BVB Army can relate to it.
Also Ryo and I made friends in a very special way.

After the show I caught Andy's towel.
Yup. Me. The potato on legs was lucky at least once in her life. Whay. :D
Buuuut, I wasn't the only one who wanted to have it...so in the end we were six persons who held on to that fucking towel and ended up cutting it into pieces. Now this towel connects us and well...we're still in contact on facebook ^w^

I could go one fangirling about every single member now...but that would be tiring for you guys because I could continue writing how perfect they are for 293483 hours. XD
So, to keep it short:
Andy is awesome. His voice sounds perfect, he looks perfect and he was so damn funny. Especially when he randomly screamed "sandwiches" and later "ketchup" just to make the crowd cheer up for...no reason in particular. I reeeeaallly started to like him a lot again. ^_^
Jinxx is a really talented guitarrist and he plays the violin perfectly as well.
Ashley...oh well, he's still my fave member because uhm...he's a great bassist, he has an amazing voice which he should use more often aaand he's a pervert. I especially like his tattoos. Ah fuck, he looks so great in his underwear, I can't even...XD
Mhm, I was disappointed because I couldn't really focus on Jake ._. He's nice and everything...but I didn't have a chance to have a closer look at him...sadly.
But CC, omg, that was ONE HELL OF A DRUM SOLO. This guy is crazy in the best way you can think of. When he climbed on his drumset...oh well, awesomeness level over 9000...or just level CC.

To sum everything up, it was one of the best days in my entire life.
I haven't been to a good concert in over a year so it was finally time for something good to happen.
BVB are one of my favorite bands, no matter what some stupid people say. I love them, I'll continue loving them and I hope to see them again someday.

Now have some fun with the pictures I took...or the ones I stole from Sindy and Ryo :DD
Maybe I'll also upload the videos I have but they're reeeally bad quality because I filmed everything with the 5MP camera of my mobile /D

Photo stolen from one of the people we met ^_^

Aaand taken by Ryo-pon. ♥

Ash!

Jaaaake ^_^

Captured the best moments :DD ANDREW DENNIS BIERSACK, WHAT'S WITH DAT FACE?

Again...such a great moment. XDD

Screencap from a video...just because I need more Ashley in my life...

By far my favourite screencap. This was from when they played "Let You Down" and after they finished, Andy gave this look, pointing and looking at my camera and...yeah. My heart was melting after I noticed it.
Idk...I'm so happy..uhm Senpai noticed me -w- ♥

During "The Legacy"
All I could think of was..."OH LOOK, THE SEAGULLS!"

I noticed how most of my pics contain Andy and Ash...so sorry... ;^;

My piece of towel <33 Huehuehue, creepy fangirl style!

And last but not least, what I looked like that day. ^w^

I hope this post didn't annoy you that much. BVB aren't everyone's cup of tea when it comes to music, but remember, they're not "untrve". They don't even consider themselves as a "Metal" band as far as I can remember. Also they aren't 'emo fags'. Their Emo-ish days are over for more than 2 years now and most of them have/had girlfriends...
Personally I like them a lot...and I'm happy now.
Really happy.
Thanks for everyone who made that day such a special one for me. I love you all and I wish to see everyone again as soon as possible!
